griffons are still popular i see... its about 1.5 k for 5-6 minutes of work with the occassional rare. Of course i dont do it more than 3-4 times a day because its SOOO boring.
I like farming Wurms and Losaru now...trying out different builds. when i get LDD i plan to just farm it instead of beat it for those charr. |

I'm very new to farming with my monk, i go outside Bergen Hot Springs to the undead and then through to the next area for more undead if i have space in my inventory, i go on my own their not too mcuh trouble.
Normally come back with 2-3k worth of stuff often just salvage for materials for my other characters and to sell, does mean though i don'tt ge weapons to sell on to other players really |

I have been wondering, how does the profit of farming Griffons/Minotaurs compare with other farming places?

I like to hunt in Grenth's Footprint and Sorrow's Furnace. A small group of 4 to 5 can do pretty good there. Another nice thing is that you can take your friends or henchies with you and do good either way.
The money drop is pretty good, plus there is the possibility for the Green and occasional Gold. It doesn't pay off as good as UW/FoW but then again it's easy access, and you don't have to wait 20 minutes and spend 1plat to get there. |

I farm at the usual spots with my warrior and monk, and farm Gypsie Ettins in North Kryta with my Necro. Simply create a army of about 5 or 6 lvl18 Bone fiends from the lower lvl mobs and send em in a group of ettins. A army of 5 fiends kill a ettin in 3 seconds easily.

If you're looking for die[all colors] do Ruins of Sarmia.I have found that the Devourer's drop 1 to 2 bottles every run.Picked up at least 12-14 bottles of silver.

And I REALLY have to learn how to solo those hydras outside perdition rock,... for the hell of it and to learn a little more about illusion magic. *edit: Currently, I'm enjoying the mountain trolls outside Droknars, but then, I enjoy variety too much to farm at any one place for more than an hour. |

My favorite places are the Griffons/Minotaurs in Prophet's Path (though like someone else said I can only do a few runs before I get bored or something :P), the level 24 Charr in LDD, Aurora Glade mission (because I'm looking for a pesky Sickle that's higher than the 6-20 I have now), and I'm trying to work out a way to do Perdition Rock.
solo with my Warrior/x (secondary changes with the place most of the time). |

I usually mo/wo farm the griffs/minos outside augry and make about 10-15k per hour. Some nice gold items but becoming less frequent drops.
I'm looking forward to trying the hydra outside ember light, tho meteor shower could see the end of that idea |

Griphons by the ton, Augury Rock... [yeah I know...]
I'm trying out sand drakes but they're much harder to deal with... W/N fighting a melee-only mob is the fastest killing machine I've evar witnessed. [also has a great thrill factor when you come back from 1 hp to 500hp in one shout] |

Ettin hides out in the Nebo area in Kryta(Beetletun), and the Sage lands outside of Druid's Overlook(Jungle).
Both done solo. Low level farming for char hides outside of piken if needed. |
